Returns+Exchanges

We hope that you love your new purchase. However, if for any reason you are unhappy please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. 
 
We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or defective merchandise for a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days from the shipping date.
 

    * Returns received in worn condition cannot be refunded.

    * Returns received after 30 days are returnable for store credit only.

 
Shipping is non-refundable except in rare cases where the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped. In this case, please e-mail customer service at support@nativemoss.com for assistance.
 
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you are making an exchange, Native Moss will pay the postage to send the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you purchase delivery confirmation for your return package to ensure your package gets to us safely.
 
Allow 5-10 business days for processing returns/exchanges after we have received your package. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification.
